With an assist by an antique mirror in the studio of Josephine Sacabo, some images of Alexandra and Veronica, both of whom were nice enough to model during blow drying breaks the first day of a recent photogravure printing workshop with Josephine. Thanks to both of them for their collaboration!

Mark will be printing photogravures with Josephine Sacabo at an upcoming workshop in New Orleans. If you're a wedding or portrait client and would like to have one favorite image considered for hand-printing in a warm monotone on watercolor paper, please contact him with a list of a few of your favorite images.

Ms. Sacabo's El Claustro is in Mark's personal collection, from A Gallery for Fine Photography, one of his favorite N'awlins retail haunts.

Nude Nite Orlando 2011 Impressions

Thanks to the huge crowds that came out for Nude Nite Orlando, and to those that stopped to admire "Water Holding," with insightful comments on the circular frame-in-frame composition and the implications of the New Orleans quote, to the simpler, tactile tracing of a nipple by a husband for his pregnant wife, and eloquent reviews of the "really kick-ass frame." An incredible production, a ton of great artworks, super performers, and a really nice crowd.
